  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and inserts

  • Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the item is in acceptable condition (unused and resellable), we will process a refund or exchange as requested

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days

 

 

Shipping Costs

  • We do not cover return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

 

 

How to Initiate a Return
