At Soontic, your satisfaction is always our priority. If something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’ll make it simple to return or exchange your item.

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund. This gives you plenty of time to try your item and decide if it’s right for you.

Flexible Return Conditions

  • Items can be tried on—light use is acceptable.

  • Tags, packaging, and accessories are welcome if you still have them, but not strictly required.

  • Items just need to be in a reasonable, reusable condition when returned.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (such as underwear or pierced jewelry) may not be eligible unless defective.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days once your return is confirmed.

  • Money will be sent back to your original payment method.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll refund you immediately and can also send a free replacement shipped directly to your home. In some cases, you won’t need to send the faulty item back.

Return Shipping

  • For returns due to personal reasons (size, style, or change of mind), customers cover return shipping.

  • If the issue is our responsibility, we’ll cover all costs.
